The Mad Jam Woman, also known as Sandy Higson, is a chilli sauce / jam / dip making legend, she has been making her delicious handmade produce since 1995. Producing a range of award winning Jams, marmalades, relishes, excellent curds and very hot ghost chilli sauces.

Her culinary headquarters can be found on bridge street in Amble and her products are sold in various prestigious retail outlets in Northumberland as well as online.

Sandy can also be found at many regional events - you can't miss her as she has bright red hair and a personality the size of Northumberland!
