Big River Bakery
They are a community bakery which specialises in sourdoughs and slow ferment breads using 100% organic stone ground flours. They supply local cafes, pubs, restaurants, community centres across the region as well as local markets.
Baking in and with communities of all kinds is fundamental to what we do. Reconnecting people to whole foods, their locality, and each other, creates a wealth of positive benefits, starting with the individual and disseminating back into the community.
