From their farm house near Alnwick, they take great pride in creating our multi award winning range of genuinely homemade ‘Great British’ puddings.

Their dedicated team hand make the puddings in small batches, using the finest ingredients, which are source locally where possible.

They bake or steam their puddings slowly for an authentic, great tasting texture and flavour. They are hand wrapped in muslin and tied with string and are lovely gifts.

Their baked pudding menu: sticky toffee, sticky ginger and chocolate with chocolate sauce. Their steamed pudding menu include: golden syrup, lemon, spotted dick, marmalade with orange liqueur, raspberry and almond, apricot and almond and their exclusive ‘Alnwick Rum’ Christmas puddings.

They have been awarded 9 Great Taste awards and 2 Great British Food awards, with the exclusive ‘Alnwick Rum’ Christmas pudding was rated best by the Independent Magazine’s taste test for two consecutive years
