Produced at St Aiden's Winery on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Lindisfarne Ltd is most synonymous with mead.

Lindisfarne Mead is a unique alcoholic fortified wine from fermented white grapes, honey, herbs, the pure natural water from the island's artesian well fortified with fine spirits. They produce 4 sophisticated flavours inspired by the Roman Mulsum honey wine and a mead made through the blending of honey with grape juice (called Pyment).

Lindisfarne Ltd also produce a range of fruit wines, liqueurs, preserves, biscuits and confectionery which are available throughout the region, at artisan food festivals and at their showroom on Holy Island which also sells products from many other Produced in Northumberland Partners. If you fancy a visit to the home of Lindisfarne Mead, be sure to check the tide times to avoid disappointment!
